Last Friday, WILD’s 2025 Blueprint: Designing Your Next Chapter event with Danielle Turton was a roaring success - even from behind our screens. Despite the stormy skies keeping us online, the atmosphere was anything but gloomy. Over two hours, Danielle guided us through thought-provoking exercises, prompting us to reflect, prioritise, and dream big for the year ahead.
The best part? Even over video, the warmth and support of the WILD community shone through. It was a reminder that it’s not about where we meet - it’s about the people and the moments we create together, and these moments led to some brilliant community goals for 2025:
“In 2025, I want to professionally network more in Cumbria/Lancaster/Manchester area. I don’t want to move house for work, I love Arnside and my home/garden. It is one of reasons I am here on WILD event today.”
“By the end of 2025, I will have secured a literary agent who represents writers in my genre.”
“In 2025, I will be more assertive in my pursuit of action from others at work because the things that I ask are important and should not be cast aside.”
“In 2025, I want to make career decisions. Full-time 9-5 is not for me. I loved being a freelance consultant, did it for 10 years.”
“By the end of 2025 I will have achieved a genuinely enjoyable and more consistent approach to nutrition and movement.”
The variety of goals coming through is a testament to how Danielle encouraged each of us to tap into what was important to each of us individually. Thank you to all who came!
